CeGem PhD Scientific Retreat

Dear CeGem PhD Students,

We are happy to announce that this year’s CeGem PhD Scientific Retreat "Pitch perfect: communicating your research to next heights" will take place on 25-26 September 2024 at Comwell Køge Strand.

We have an exciting 1½ days planned, offering opportunities to present and discuss your work with peers, participate in individual feedback sessions with a consultant, and get to know your fellow PhD students during social events.

The PhD retreat is part of the mandatory courses for the CeGem PhD program and is awarded with ECTS.

A preliminary program is included. More details will be sent as we get closer to the event.

The venue is Comwell Køge Strand
Strandvejen 111
4600 Køge.

Rooms at Comwell Køge Strand are reserved for all PhD students. It is required to sign up for or opt out the room reservation on the registration form.

The location is in walking distance from Køge train station, approximately one hour by train from Nørreport Station (direct route with the S-train).

Registration is required.
