Novo Nordisk Grant to Katrine Schjoldager

5 million DKK for an Excellency project in endocrinology and metabolism. 

Assistant professor Katrine Schjoldager has received an Excellency grant of 5 million DKK from the Novo Nordisk Foundation for her project: "Novel proteoforms of peptide hormones provide exciting options for improving drug design".

The five year project will initiate on May 1, 2017 and aims to explore the biology of peptide hormones using a combination of glycoengineered cell and animal models.
