Carbohydrate in the Heart Seems to Help Regulate Blood Pressure

New research suggests that a particular type of carbohydrate plays an important role in regulating the blood pressure in the human body. This has been shown by researchers from Copenhagen Center for Glycomics and Rigshospitalet in a new study using rats.
The researchers believe that the finding may have a vast potential for improved medications for high blood pressure.
