Two postdoctoral positions in ovarian ageing in the Hoffmann laboratory at the Center for Chromosome Stability.

The Hoffmann laboratory investigates the role of regulation of ovarian ageing using ovarian organoid and mouse models in conjunction with large-scale human genetics. The lab consists of nearly 15 students and postdocs working on various aspects of women’s reproduction, fertility and genetics. You will be part of the Healthy Reproductive Ageing (HERA) Discovery Award funded by the Wellcome Trust to use cross-disciplinary approaches to understand ovarian ageing. 

You will be responsible for developing cell lines, 2D/3D models and mouse genetics to elucidate pathways for ovarian ageing. This will be integrated with human genomics (Murray and Perry) as well as clinical data (Franks).
